  • All orders are charged in US or Canadian dollars (with applicable taxes), based on your shipping location.

  • Your card will be charged upon ordering. 
  • Unless otherwise noted, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment within 1-2 business days. (Power supply shipments do not offer tracking.)
  • If you would like to ship your order to an address different than your billing address, once your order is complete, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • For US customers, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, US territories and freely associated states or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • For your security, we require someone to sign for the package upon delivery.
  • Transactions completed from Canada may incur additional foreign transaction fees based on your credit card provider.
  • Your Tablo unit comes with a 30-day free trial to our TV Guide Data Service subscription so you can enjoy everything Tablo has to offer, right out of the box. Your trial begins on the day your Tablo is activated.
  • After 30 days, you may choose to purchase a TV Guide Data subscription at account.tablotv.com.

What Does 'Refurbished' Mean?

Refurbished Tablo DVRs are restored to a like-new state at Tablo HQ. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes) and include the 30-day trial of our TV Guide Data Service subscription. External packaging may show some wear and tear. All refurbished DVRs sold by Tablo are covered by Tablo’s 12-month warranty policy and 30-day money-back guarantee.
