Placing Orders
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in US dollars, with applicable taxes based on your shipping location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shop Pay,
PayPal, Affirm, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your card will be
charged on ordering.
Shipping
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All orders include free shipping to you. No code required.
How are products shipped and how long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping time is generally 2-3 business days depending on your location. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. ET weekdays, or anytime on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Will I get a tracking number or notification that my product has shipped?
Unless otherwise noted, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment within 1-2 business days. (Power supply shipments do not offer tracking.)
Do I need to be home to receive the package?
For your security, we require someone to sign for the package upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be held for 15 days at a local USPS pickup location, or you can contact USPS to arrange for a new delivery date.
Are there US locations that you won’t ship to?
We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, US territories and freely associated states or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
No. While Tablo products will work in Canada, we are unable to ship products there or any other international country.
Discount Codes
Do you offer discounts for specific groups?
We do not offer specific discounts for seniors, first responders, members of the military, or other specific groups or affiliations.
Why isn’t my discount or coupon code working?
Discount or coupon codes may expire and cannot be combined or applied to products that are already discounted during promotional periods. Referral program discounts cannot be applied to your own purchases.
Returns
How do I return my Tablo product?
We hope you love your Tablo device, but if you’re unhappy for any reason we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on DVRs purchased from TabloTV.com. TV antennas purchased as part of a DVR bundle cannot be returned separately. Power supplies and replacement remotes are all FINAL SALE. How do I return my Tablo product if I didn’t buy my it from TabloTV.com?
Products purchased from Authorized Retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Home Shopping Network, QVC and ABC Warehouse) must be returned to the retailer in accordance with the retailer’s return policies and procedures.
Warranties
Do Tablo products have a warranty?
Yes. All products purchased through Authorized Retailers (Nuvyyo, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Home Shopping Network, QVC and ABC Warehouse) are covered by a 12-month replacement warranty for hardware defects from the date of shipment. Bulk Orders
Can I order Tablo products in bulk?
No. We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders outside of existing distributor agreements. If you are interested in becoming a distributor of Tablo products, please contact us.
Refurbished Products
What does ‘refurbished’ mean?
Refurbished Tablo DVRs are restored to a like-new state. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes). External packaging may be replaced with a white box and/or show some wear and tear. All refurbished products sold by Tablo are covered by Tablo’s 12-month warranty policy and 30-day money-back guarantee.
